Terms of Service

Morning Pasture is operated by Hybrid Focus Consulting ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or continuing to use Morning Pasture, you agree to these terms and enter into a contract with Hybrid Focus Consulting. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Morning Pasture is a personal spiritual companion. You agree to use it for your own personal, non-commercial use, and not to misuse the service — including:

• Using the app for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or spam.
• Attempting to access other users' accounts or data.
• Interfering with the security or operation of the service, including introducing malware, probing, or scraping.
• Infringing the intellectual property rights of others.
• Reverse-engineering the app, reselling or redistributing it, or circumventing usage limits.

Free accounts include 10 sessions per calendar month. You may purchase one-time session add-ons (10 or 20 sessions) or an Unlimited monthly subscription.

• Session add-ons are one-time purchases. Purchased sessions never expire.
• Unlimited is billed monthly and renews automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Stripe's consumer terms, which you also agree to by purchasing.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Morning Pasture is the seller of record for all orders, and we handle customer service inquiries, cancellations, and refunds directly.

You can cancel your Unlimited subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep unlimited access until then, and you will not be charged again. After the period ends, your account returns to the free tier (10 sessions per month). Purchased add-on sessions are unaffected. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Hybrid Focus Consulting retains all ownership of Morning Pasture and its intellectual property, including the software, design, branding, and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for personal use within your selected plan. You retain ownership of what you write in the app; you grant us a limited license to host and process your content solely to provide the service to you.

We work hard to keep Morning Pasture available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The service is provided "as is" and we disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Morning Pasture if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay amounts due, pose a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. You may delete your account at any time. When access ends, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Morning Pasture is a spiritual companion app. It is not a licensed counselor, therapist, or mental health service, and its AI-generated content is not medical, psychological, or professional advice. If you are struggling with your mental health or are in crisis, please reach out to a qualified professional or a local crisis line. If you are in immediate danger, call emergency services.
