We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you're not satisfied with your purchase — whether an Unlimited subscription or a one-time session add-on — you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

You can cancel your Unlimited subscription at any time. When you cancel, your subscription simply will not renew — you keep unlimited access until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling stops future charges; the 30-day money-back guarantee above applies to your most recent charge.
One-time purchases of session add-ons (10 or 20 sessions) are covered by the same 30-day money-back guarantee. Purchased sessions never expire, so they remain available on your account whenever you need them.
